1. Do not do anything related to the actual Hunger Games. What I mean by this is, we cannot have two victors. Also, no names simler to the Hunger games tributes like Wolfface, Pita, Sankiss Everdeem, nothing like this!

2. There will always be one victor.

3. Only one female tribute and male tribute per one Hunger Games.

4. No special powers. Your character may be, for example, very skilled at achery, but no making earthquakes happen and those kinds of things.

5. HAVE FUN!
